Free ground shipping for all orders

When to Expect Your order
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order, and between 3-7 days for your order to arrive. If the order is not received for more than 20 days, please email us at [email protected] to review the status of your order.

For made-to-order products, please find the processing time on the product page.

International Orders: Discounted shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Some models require a longer processing time due to different situations, which is highlighted in the product description part. Please make sure to read before placing an order.

Duties and Taxes
For orders that are placed outside CN, customers may will be charged customs duties & taxes depending on the country the order is shipped to. The charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.

RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return and refund, items much be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. All returned items must include all original packaging and accessories. Buyers assume responsibility for all shipping costs unless the item was damaged during shipping or not received as described.

Returned items not adhering to this policy may be subject to a 20% restocking/handling fee.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How to Cancel the Order When Shipment is On The Way
Please contact us if the on-the-way shipment needs to be canceled. The refund deduction will apply.

About Refund
The paid shipping fee is not refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping or not received as described.
